Drink West Brewery is Penrith’s homegrown craft beer destination, founded by local sporting legends Tai Tuivasa, Tyson Pedro, and Nathan Cleary. Located at 2115 Castlereagh Road, this vibrant venue offers a range of beers brewed on-site, including a crisp lager, pale ale, IPA, and our nostalgic range of seltzers.
Open Wednesday to Sunday, Drink West is more than just a brewery—it's a community hub. Patrons can enjoy live music, catch all the NRL and UFC action on big screens, and relax in a spacious setting adorned with a striking mural of its founders.
