Our Story
Drink West Brewery is Penrith’s homegrown craft beer spot, built by locals who know a thing or two about bringing people together. Founded by Tai Tuivasa, Tyson Pedro, and Nathan Cleary, it’s a place made for good catch-ups, cold beers, and an easygoing Western Sydney vibe.
You’ll find us at 2115 Castlereagh Road, Penrith, brewing our beers on-site and pouring them fresh. Our range covers the classics — a crisp lager, easy-drinking pale ale, hop-forward IPA, plus a nostalgic seltzer range that’s made for hot days and long afternoons.
Drink West isn’t about overthinking beer. It’s about turning up, grabbing a seat, and enjoying yourself. Whether you’re here for a quiet one, a family catch-up, live music, or to watch the footy on the big screen, there’s always something happening and always something pouring.
