It is against the law for Drink West Pty Ltd or you to sell or supply liquor to, or obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

In placing this order, and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant to Drink West Pty Ltd that:

1. You are over the age of 18 and will producer evidence of age if requested at the time of pick up or delivery
2. Any person that you are obtaining items contained in this order for, or supply the order to, is over the age of 18 years, and
3. You will not take or supply any part of your order to any liquor-restricted area or community.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

Refund claims greater than 30 days from expected delivery date will not be accepted. Please contact us to let us know to expect your return. Please see your shipping label for the address to return your goods. If you don't have your label anymore, please contact us. We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete.

Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.

There will be no refunds for change of mind.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We seek to only offer products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch within a reasonable period of time. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for additional stock from our suppliers. Should this occur, we shall seek to notify you of the expected delivery date and you will be given the opportunity to refund your purchase if so desired. Drink West will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of three years.

Mixed cases, including those subscribed to via our Drinkers Club, will usually contain the items as displayed on Site. However, we reserve the right to alter the contents of any mixed case.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business Drink West requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to order cut off mentioning your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by sending an email to hello@drinkwest.com.au with your order.

Social and Digital Media Engagement – House Rules

All Drink West social and digital media pages are for fans over the age of 18 to enjoy responsibly. 

To participate and engage with the Drink West community, you must comply with the respective platforms Terms of Use when enjoying our pages.

We want all fans to be able to get together and share their great Drink West experiences in a positive way. 

So, when you’re posting videos, pictures or comments; there are a few things to note:

• Do not post on this website, or transmit to this website, any pornographic, obscene, profane, defamatory, libellous, threatening, unlawful or other material which could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, promote the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol, or otherwise violate any law or regulation. 
• Be civil to each other and respect each other’s opinions.
• Do not post, publish, disseminate or tag any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading, unlawful or otherwise socially unacceptable content or information.
• Do not post copyrighted material unless it’s yours.
• Please only share with those over the legal drinking age.

The Drink West team will review comments/uploads/posts etc to ensure they follow our house rules. 

We may remove or report any offending content that we deem to be inappropriate, offensive or socially unacceptable per the guidelines above.

The views and opinions expressed in comments and user-generated content do not represent the opinion of the Drink West brand.

Acceptance Of Your Order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Drink West will be completed when the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in New South Wales, Australia.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

All purchases are limited for personal use only and we reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed to be for the purposes of commercial resale.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
